Hi everyone...at Symbol's request we have now officially started a collaborative blog where we can update each other on what's going on in our lives, especially seeing that we're all in different parts of the globe. Thank goodness for the internet right? Take that, distance.
So I've started school again, and my TA-ship. So far it's going well, except that I sit alone during Office Hours each week wondering if people will show up. Just kidding, it's not that bad. I actually like having time set aside to do my own things, because that's usually what ends up happening. Although, the first midterm is coming up pretty soon and by that time there may be a bunch of students lined up at the door...

So is anyone planning on making a trip to LA anytime soon?
I heard this story on NPR yesterday and it cracked me up. This guy really is the epitome of the American politician. It's people like him for which political satires are made. Thank you, Mr. Duvall, for providing us with comedic relief, because there's just too many depressing going-ons in the world nowadays.
